The AQUA DOME offers a separate water world for children and families. Two big pools on deck of a ship, the giant slide “Schlingeschlange”, imaginative play areas and an own restaurant are the highlights of Noah’s Alpine Children’s Ark.

Animation programme for children is taking place daily from 11.00 am till 6.00 pm. If your children don’t need nappies anymore there is the possibility of being supervised by our trained employees from 2.00 pm till 6.00 pm.

Can I bring my baby to the AQUA DOME and what do I need to consider?
Of course also the smallest are welcome! Everything that is desired by children is available at the Noah’s Alpine Children’s Ark:
Paddling pool, swimming pool, play areas with a daily animation programme, child care free of charge and an own kids restaurant. The attractions: a 90 m giant slide “Schlingeschlange” and an underwater camera.

If your children don’t need nappies anymore there is the possibility of being supervised by our trained employees from 2.00 pm till 6.00 pm.

Please remember to put your babies some swimming nappies on, then the family trip is ready to go!
Splashing around in the thermal spa pools is safe for your children. The Noah’s Alpine Children’s Ark is filled with normal spring water. You can also take along your own buggy inside the thermal spa – you receive hygienic coats for the wheels of your buggy.

Did you forget your towel or bath robe?
No problem –at the AQUA DOME entrance you can borrow towels and bath robes for your stay. For borrowing a towel 4,00 € are charged (if lost: 18 €) and for bath robes 6 € are charged (if lost: 33 €).

Enjoy and get pampered in the Beauty & Body Treatment Area
Massages (f.e. full massage, partial massage, Ötztal stone massage, Bali massage), beauty treatments as well as various other treatments (i.e. baths, poultices). Special recommendation is the exotic Ajaran massage and cleaning ritual.

Your birthday is something special. That’s why you should celebrate it very special. Our Noah’s Alpine Children’s Ark offers everything for your party what it takes for a really great birthday party. Our children’s animation team is looking forward to you and your friends to make your birthday a very special experience.

Is there a reduction for children?
Children up to 3 years are free of charge in the AQUA DOME.

At the entrance you receive a chip wristlet, which opens and closes your locker in the changing room. Furthermore, all consumptions are booked onto the chip such as gastronomy, sauna, sun beds, massage, fitness, beauty treatments etc. All consummated services are to be paid at the cash point when you leave. Keep the chip wristlet with you at all times. If you loose the wristlet a reimbursement of costs will need to be charged.

Always wear your transponder securely around your wrist. Should you however loose your transponder, please inform the employees at the cash point or the pool attendants about the loss immediately. The key will then be blocked that no other person can book any services onto the key at your expense. If the transponder is not found until you leave we have to charge the uploaded services as well as 75 € for a new transponder, the exchange of the lock of your locker etc.
This is very time consuming and unpleasant for all participants, so please take very good care of your transponder.

Coupons for all services of the AQUA DOME are available at the information desk of the thermal spa or online: shop.aqua-dome.at.

Is it possible to offer coupons via telephone?
Yes, coupons can be ordered at our information desk, Tel.: +43.5253.6400.600. The coupons will be delivered by post incl. payment slip. The vouchers are valid as soon as the money is transferred and booked onto our account.

Are expired coupons still valid?
Yes, coupons that have been bought via the internet shop: shop.aqua-dome.at or directly at the AQUA DOME are valid. Should the coupons be expired according to the date they were wrote out, either go to the information desk in the AQUA DOME or call: +43.5253.6400.600 and name the long coupon number to get them extended. Free coupons and free tickets are valid for 1 year only.

Are there reductions for disabled resp. their escort?
Disabled persons from a disability of 50 % receive a 20% reduction on a day pass – presentation of a disabled person card is required. If the escort is registered in the card he/she receives free admission.

Feel your body: cardiovascular equipment, spinning, gymnastics/aerobic with instruction of professional trainers. AQUA DOME fit check, creation of training programmes and much more. Access: 15 years and older.

Market Restaurant Einkehr
Our main restaurant is directly connected to the main indoor thermal spa area. Here you can serve yourself at the vital buffet in our newly renovated market restaurant Einkehr offering a great choice of delicacies. Eating at the AQUA DOME – healthy and tasty at once! You can choose from a great variety of hearty meals and drinks such as freshly squeezed juices, delicacies from the grill and Italian pasta dishes. Moreover we pamper your palate with salads, soups, main dishes and home made desserts.

Sauna restaurant Hitzeschmankerl
The inviting show kitchen in the restaurants enables you to watch how your dish is prepared with skills and love (non smoking area).

The consumption of food and drinks that are brought along spa is not possible. Our staff at the entrance is also authorised to point out that it is not allowed to bring a picnic basket or a cooling bag into the thermal spa. This is firstly due to a good and reasonably priced offer of food and drinks in our restaurants and also because of reasons of cleanness: traces of picnics such as crumbs, waste and broken glass on the floor are avoided.

Why does the AQUA DOME not provide foot disinfection facilities?
According to accepted studies foot disinfection facilities do not ensure the expected foot hygiene at all. Due to the wrong utilisation emerges the problem that the time, which is necessary to properly dry being at least 25 minutes is not considered. This leads to the effect that the disinfection is not effective.

Therefore, we have decided to not provide this facility but clean the floors several times a day with disinfection agents. To ensure optimal foot hygiene we recommend wearing clean sandals or flip flops.

Going home by bus and train is free of charge
No matter from where you are arriving in Tyrol by train: get your “Bahn- und Bus-Oberland-Ticket” (bus line in the middle and upper Inntal) stamped at the entrance of the thermal spa cash point and go back home for free. The stamped ticket is your return ticket. This service is provided by the WT, ÖBB, the Ötztal Verkehrsgesellschaft, Postbus and the AQUA DOME.

Forgotten or lost property is dried, registered in a lost property book and kept for several months before it is given to charity. If you miss something after your AQUA DOME visit, please remember the date of your visit and ask at the information desk or call +43.5253.6400.600.

There are sufficient loungers available in the relaxing areas. Reservation of loungers is not possible.

The AQUA DOME disposes of 360 parkings and 4 disabled parkings in the thermal spa underground parking garage.

Can I visit the AQUA DOME while I’m pregnant?
The relaxing and warm thermal water is enjoyed by most pregnant women. Movements in the water take the weight of your bones and joints and loosen tight muscles. Please consult your doctor in any case before your visit. If he doesn’t have any objections just rely on your feelings and do what you think is best for you.

Loft sauna, hey barn sauna, canyon sauna, earth sauna, herb bath steam dome, brine steam bath, brine grotto and many more clean and vitalise.
Special sessions (f.e. peloid mask and honey) make the sauna visit an unforgettable experience. The gigantic waterfall shower offers tropical rain, a refreshing water fall or a fog bath.
Access only for persons 15 years and older. Additional charge to the thermal spa entrance rate:
11 €. Please consider that our sauna complex is a nude area.

You can easily reach the hair dresser Grüner and the shop AQUA Plaza through the main restaurant Einkehr. Their services and any purchases can be booked onto the chip wristlet and can be paid when leaving the AQUA DOME.

Which special rates are available at the AQUA DOME?
Infants up to 3 years are free of charge
Children’s rate from 3-14 years
Groups of 10 adults receive 10 % reduction on the basis rate of the thermal spa entrance rate
Groups of 20 children receive 10 % reduction on the basis rate of the thermal spa entrance rate
There are no reductions on weekend and holiday rates.
There are also no reductions on sauna, fitness und the VRP area.
Seniors and students are granted reduction from Monday to Friday (if a valid pass is presented). No additional group reduction.
Seniors are women from 60 and men from 65 years.
Family passes are given out for 2 adults with 1, 2 or 3 children.
Raiffeisen customers receive a 20 % reduction on the thermal spa day pass (excluding sauna, fitness, VRP and special rates). Only a Raiffeisen credit card, ec card or club card owner receives the reduction. The card has to be shown when entering the thermal spa.

From babies up to the elderly

Indoor and outdoor pools are filled with thermal water with temperatures up to 36° C. The outdoor area consists of three floating bowls with whirl pool, massage pool and brine pool.

Four centuries passed from the former Längenfeld bath in the 16th century through to the development of the AQUA DOME.

Längenfeld leads back to a long health spa tradition.
Documental mentions from the 16th century confirm that many people were taking baths in the hot springs. After the thermal springs dried up in the 1970s it became quiet around Längenfeld.
This changed in 1986. After the determination of tapping again the Längenfeld bath, exploratory holes were performed. In a depth of 1,865 m hot thermal water was found. That was the beginning of the AQUA DOME.
The thermal water is unique as it runs down from the 3,000 m high glaciers through many layers of rock and spouts out as thermal water from more than 1,800 m depth.

Water analysis: The spring water was chemically analysed (sample: April 14, 1993). Results show that the spring contains sulphur water (bivalent sulphur, 5mg sulphur per litre) with a temperature of 26.7°C.

According to the Tyrolean spa law, this sodium chloride sulphate spa is a mineral spring and it was approved as an official sulphur spa. The produced water has a temperature of 40°C. 3-4 litres per second are unearthed.

For jewellery and higher amounts of money special lockers are available in the main changing room (deposit 1 €). Wear your key around your wrist at any time. Loosing it costs time, 75 € and strains nerves unnecessarily.

The healthy and entertaining way of keeping your body fit. Water gymnastics are held several times a day with instructions of a trainer in our active pool.

Why is a higher entrance rate charged during weekends and holidays?
To offer our guests a constant quality. The less our visitor numbers vary the more time we have for you. Therefore we lower the entrance rates on weekdays for those guests who can allot their time freely.
