At the AQUA DOME, we embrace the Ötztal Mobility Strategy, promoting reduced private car use and increased reliance on the region’s well-developed public transport network. With innovative solutions, we make it easier for thermal spa and hotel guests to travel conveniently from the Ötztal-Bahnhof express train station while supporting the enhancement of regional public transit.
Guests with an Ötztal Premium Card provided by their accommodation can use public transport throughout the Ötztal region for free, making their journey to the AQUA DOME both comfortable and environmentally friendly. Admission requires a valid thermal bath ticket.

First 30 minutes: free. Up to 3 hours: EUR 3.00. From the 4th hour: a one-time fee of EUR 5.00 per car/day
Ötztal residents can travel to the AQUA DOME for free using public transport. Please pre-book your thermal bath admission at shop.aqua-dome.at and obtain a free bus ticket at https://www.vvt.at/et/events/aqua-dome.

If you forgot to pay the parking fee, you can settle the payment retrospectively within 48 hours. Please use the following link to easily complete the payment online: https://arivo.info/aqua-dome/
To take advantage of free parking as a day spa guest or hairdresser visitor, it is required to disable Camera Parking in the EasyPark and Parkster apps. If this is not disabled, free parking cannot be applied.
How it works:
– Disable Camera Parking: Make sure to disable Camera Parking in the app before entering the parking lot.
– QR Code for payment: After your visit, you will receive a QR code at the spa information desk upon departure / C/O. This QR code will allow you to pay for the parking fee for free.
Please note that without disabling Camera Parking, no free parking fee can be granted. We recommend checking the app settings before your arrival for smooth usage.
The clearance height of our underground car parks is 2.10 meters. If your vehicle exceeds this height, you can use the outdoor parking areas. Please follow the on-site signage.
