Changing rooms and chip wristband
The chip wristband is used to access the changing rooms and for cashless payment of all purchases made within the thermal spa. Payment is settled upon departure.
Please report the loss immediately to the spa information desk. If the wristband is not found, a replacement fee of EUR 75 plus the cost of services used will be charged.
Jewellery in the thermal water

Hygiene and foot disinfection
Independent studies show that such stations do not ensure reliable foot hygiene. The required exposure time of at least 25 minutes is generally not adhered to during normal bathing hours. For this reason, we have deliberately chosen not to install these stations. Instead, the floors are cleaned several times a day with suitable disinfectants. For your personal hygiene, we recommend wearing bathing shoes.
