Renovation and Beautification Work in the Public Sauna

From March 24 to May 28, 2025, renovation and beautification work will take place in the public sauna. Once completed, the following new features will be available:

• A Finnish outdoor sauna in the current sauna garden.
• A connection between the Gorge Sauna and the sauna garden: Both floors will be enhanced and connected by a new glass elevator, allowing you to conveniently and quickly reach the outdoor pool from the Gorge Sauna.
• Additionally, the courtyard will be greened and transformed into a fresh-air oasis.
• A special highlight is a new large relaxation room, which will be added in the direction of the hotel’s west wing.

Will your visit to our thermal spa be affected by the construction work?

The renovation only affects sauna areas. Only 10–30% of the sauna area will be impacted by the construction, as the work involves extensions rather than internal modifications.

The outdoor pool in the sauna and 70% of the saunas and steam baths will remain open at all times. The entire thermal spa, including all outdoor areas, fitness facilities, and treatment services, will not be affected. Our exclusive SPA 3000 on the thermal spa’s rooftop will also remain fully available.

Construction work will take place in the sauna garden and outdoor sauna area.

During the renovation period from March 24 to May 28, the sauna entrance fee will be reduced by 50%.
