One thing is for sure: the Ötztal ranks among the undisputed Hot Spots in the Alps for all-mountain bikers and enduro bikers. The area’s challenging single trails attract top riders to the high Alpine regions beyond 3000 meters, embedded in the stunning scenery of the Ötztal Alps.

In total, 37,738 metres of altitude on 852 km of signposted cycle paths can be "experienced" by bike in the Ötztal. Routes of all levels of difficulty can be found in the wide valley basin to challenging trails in the mountains. The 52 km long Ötztal Cycle Path leads away from major roads leisurely through wild rocky landscapes and past idyllic villages.
Additionally, the valley’s summer mountain lifts came up with made to measure packages for all-mountain bikers. Bicycle transport is available in the following holiday resorts: Hochoetz, Giggijoch in Sölden, Gaislachkogl in Sölden, Hohe Mut and Wurmkogel in Obergurgl/Hochgurgl.
