You will receive information about the following values:

- Fat metabolism in per cent: Shows whether you are already following a healthy lifestyle (stress, training, diet) or still have potential for improvement.

uVida Activity Analysis
The uVida Activity Analysis shows in which heart rate zones you train most effectively, burn fat and avoid overloading. Based on this data, you will receive a personalised exercise and cardio plan for efficient, targeted training in the optimum load range.
Procedure:
- The smart uVida activity analysis is based on an approx. 20 to 30-minute step test.
- After the analysis, the processed metabolic data is sent to the uVida app in real time and you receive analysis values, an assessment and recommendations in the form of a specific training plan.

Values from the activity analysis
- Heart rate ranges: For optimal and individualised endurance training support (e.g. targeted GA1 training to help boost a person’s fat metabolism).
- IAAS: The individual anaerobic threshold represents the transition between fat and carbohydrate metabolism. This is important for the efficient achievement of all your goals, from weight loss to freedom from pain and increased performance.
- FATmax: This is the value of maximum fat metabolism, which immediately brings with it a very high saturation of oxygen.
