We have collected the most effective programmes for you, from yoga to Movosida, from sunrise hikes to the ‘Stuibenbreath’. The nature of the Ötztal – with the power of meadows and forests, glaciers and water(falls) – is a powerful contribution to your relaxation and sense of wellbeing.
Yoga
Yoga has a beneficial effect on body and mind. At the AQUA DOME, we offer yoga in many different forms to appeal to all yoga fans.
- Hatha Yoga: A form of yoga in which the balance between body and mind is sought primarily through physical exercises, as well as breathing and meditation techniques.
- Slow yoga: A yoga practice for everyone that calms the nervous system. Ideal for calming down in the evening.
- Vinyasa Yoga: A flowing and powerful yoga style for advanced practitioners to start the day full of energy. It involves the interplay of breath and flowing movement.
- Gentle yoga: Gentle movements and conscious breathing help us become more aware of our body. The aim is to recognise and release physical and mental tensions and blockages.
- Yoga flow: Flowing and powerful yoga style for more energy. It involves the interplay of breath and flowing movement.

Forest bathing
Consciously immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere, or as the Japanese call it ‘Shinrin Yoku’, has many effects on body, mind and soul. It strengthens the immune system, brings us into deep relaxation and promotes our well-being. Organs and cells can regenerate.
On this journey of discovery, you will immerse yourself in a mystical, powerful natural forest to consciously experience nature with all your senses amidst moss, trees, streams, rocks, animals, plants and flowers. To feel, hear, see, smell and taste. Mindfully and in silence.

MOVOSIDA
MOVOSIDA is a modern, creative fitness concept that combines movement, voice and music; body and voice are always active at the same time. The name combines movement, voice, singing and dancing. MOVOSIDA is a modern, holistic approach to well-being that combines all these components – and is offered as a course at the AQUA DOME. Dancing and singing are aerobic activities that lift the mood and effectively reduce stress.

Sunrise hike
Get up early and experience the sunrise with all your senses. An extraordinary mountain experience with our hiking guide Patrizia. First, we take a taxi up to the Breitlehnalm. As dawn breaks, you’ll hike along the marvellous Panorama High Trail. Then the sun rises over 2,000 metres above the Stubai Alps – and time stands still for a few minutes. You’ll then continue to the Polltalalm, where a regional Ötztal breakfast awaits you, before heading back down to Huben full of inspiration.

‘Stuibenbreath’
Breathe deeply into Tyrol’s highest waterfall – it has unexpected effects! The Stuiben Falls are fed by seven springs in the Stubai Alps. On peak days, up to 2,000 litres of water per second plunge into the depths, creating a veil of fine spray. The air around the Stuiben Falls is enriched up to 70,000 times with negatively charged ions. If you breathe these in, they have a tremendously positive effect on the approximately 70 trillion cells in your body. This makes our ‘Stuibenbreathwork with Alpine breakfast’ the perfect longevity programme. We take the E-Stuibenshuttle to the foot of the Stuiben Falls, where we consciously breathe in and out through our bellies under expert guidance in order to recharge our cells with the elemental force of ions. A regional alpine breakfast is followed by a hike around the waterfall.
