Longevity researchers agree that exercise is one of the most decisive factors for a long and healthy life. Regular exercise not only strengthens the heart, muscles and bones, but also improves mental health. Exercise can help to slow down the ageing process.

Guided hikes

Take part in free guided hikes every day – from leisurely alpine hikes to sporty summit tours. And without any time-consuming preparation; our three hiking guides
will show you the Ötztal adventure playground through the eyes of locals.

Biking in the Ötztal

If you prefer travelling on two wheels, you can hire one of the 10 city bikes and 40 e-bikes at the AQUA DOME; we have guided bike tours of all levels of difficulty several times a week. “There really is something for everyone,” says our bike guide Ralph.

Fitness & personal training

The AQUA DOME also provides plenty of indoor exercise in a fitness centre that offers day and hotel guests a new dimension of training. Train on 500 m² of high-end equipment from Cybex. There are also over 50 fitness classes a week, day after day, in summer and winter.

We also offer additional services such as fitness checks, performance diagnostics and personal training. The latter is ideal for anyone looking for personalised exercise tips to improve their health and longevity – with an optimal mix of strength and endurance training.
