At the AQUA DOME, located in the heart of the Alps, you will experience an inspiring culinary dialogue along the Alpine arc. Our kitchen team interprets traditional recipes in a creative and straightforward way, creating a real experience of alpine culture. The AQUA DOME combines regional specialities from the entire Alpine arc with first-class local produce from the Längenfeld area and the Ötztal Valley. Our co-operation with local farmers and partners brings high-quality regional products to your plate, such as honey from Gries, goat’s cheese from Huben and brown trout from Längenfeld. Regionality and locality merge into a singular culinary experience, characterised by respect for our origins and the natural habitat.
GREAT CUISINE IN A STYLISH SETTING
Experience five unique furnishing concepts, each with their own character, in the newly designed AQUA DOME restaurant area. Inspired by the alpine surroundings, vibrant grass green and dark cranberry red dominate in two of the restaurants. The panoramic extension of the ‘Enzian’ area connects the indoor and outdoor area, while a flowered bench in the ‘Blumenwiese’ winter garden invites you to stay a while. Another area has been modernised in the style of a typical Tyrolean parlour. The newly remodelled restaurant wing with bar impresses with its huge panoramic windows, bringing the nature of the Ötztal Valley inside. The interiors, from leather and felt to high-quality woollen fabrics, radiate an urban, modern character, and the new rounded bar sets fresh, modern accents. This contemporary look gives each restaurant area a light, fresh atmosphere with a touch of big city flair, creating an exciting contrast with the Ötztal. And lastly, there’s a new restaurant garden with opulent barbecue grills and direct access to the Ötztal Cycle Trails. With delicacies from the Alpine arc in all of the restaurant areas, you are invited to a culinary cultural exchange, including vegan and vegetarian options.

Discover the newly designed hotel bar in the AQUA DOME, a cosmopolitan hotspot for hotel guests and day guests. The striking, rounded bar in the lobby impresses with its generous space, conveying lightness, freshness and modern elegance. A touch of big city flair creates fascinating contrasts in the heart of the Ötztal Valley. The bar is an all-day meeting place for games with children, chatting with friends or enjoying a gin in the evening, regularly accompanied by musical events. The new fireplace room with Italian designer armchairs offers a cosy retreat for romantic moments. Discover an exquisite selection of over 100 different kinds of gin and savour an exquisite drop from the new wine fridges, such as a Chardonnay from the vineyards of Peter Zoller and Elisabeth Saumwald in Haiming in Ötztal.
